This camp was amazing. My daughter enjoyed everything they made. We were very surprised that she was taught very advanced techniques (ganache, mirror cakes).

Many thanks for your glowing review. I'm so happy to hear it was a good experience. As this is my "encore job" I am primarily interested in inspiring the next generation to develop a love of cooking. I hope I have been able to do this for your daughter. Cindy

The recipe was delicious but the teacher left much to be desired . She was rushed, had curt responses when simple questions were asked , was actually a bit condescending and was not engaging with the students . I will take more cooking classes but not with this teacher . .

It made me sad to read this review as I take great pride in my classes and aim to provide a quality experience for all. Please let me know if you would like me to refund your money. Or, if you would like to try again, you can choose any of my classes for free Cindy

I am sorry you did not have a good experience with my class. Looking at the date I realize this was an "online class" that I offered during Covid. If so, I apologize as I realize the online class system was not a great experience for some of my students. And, to be honest for me. La Toque is now open for in person cooking classes and I hope this will be a more fun and educational experience for my students. Cindy

Chef Cindy's recipes and techniques were amazing. It cannot be easy teaching cooking classes virtually, but my daughter and myself learned tons! Chef Cindy is also accommodating, if you ask her to repeat, change an ingredient, or explain; she will.

Thank you for all you taught Taylor and I!

You should be able to sign up for that as you would a regular class. It's just that you won't be charged anything. If that doesn't work, send an email to me at latoquedecindy@gmail.com and I'll give you the access link. Cindy -

Sure, that would be fine. Thank you for helping out in the kitchen! I am not sure if ActivityHero lets you register if you are outside the age range. I am hoping this all works out :) Cindy -
