Do you have other dates for bread making camp this summer?

The only camp for Bread and Croissants is June 3-7. Note that I have a few spaces left for that camp and would love to have your young chef join us. Cindy -
Do you bake eggless breads / other items daily? also DO you have camp in july 2024?

Some breads, such as my sourdough recipe do not have eggs. Others, such as sticky buns and banana bread do. In July I am teaching camps called "Best of NY Times" So sorry but I don't have a full week of camp without eggs. Cindy -

Since students in California are participating in distance learning I am considering teaching the Lunch Bunch series (including the smoked salmon spread topic) in the fall. Would you be interested? That series is a set of 18 1/2 hour classes where students cook lunch with me, a different topic at each class. -
