ActivityHero Gift Card FAQs

• Where can these cards be used?

  ActivityHero Gift Cards can be used on any camp, class, or event that is bookable on the ActivityHero marketplace.

• Do these cards expire or have any fees?

  ActivityHero Gift Cards do not have an expiration date nor fees.

• How is my order delivered?

  ActivityHero Gift Cards are delivered via email.

• When will my recipient receive their e-gift card?

  It can take up to 1 business day from the time of purchase.

• What methods of payment do you accept?

  We accept debit and credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

• Do I need an ActivityHero account to purchase a gift card?

  Yes, to track the status if your gift card order you will need to login or create an ActivityHero account. It is easy and free to sign up for an ActivityHero account. If you do not have one, you can create one at the time of purchase.

• How do I check the status of an order?

  You will receive an email receipt once you purchase an ActivityHreo Gift Card. You can check also the status of an order by clicking My Account > Invoices & Orders. You will also receive an email once your gift card recipient redeems their gift card.

• Why did I not receive my e-gift?

  Due to their filtering system, some Email Service Providers (such as Yahoo and Gmail) may categorize gift cards as spam or a promotional offer. Try checking your inbox, spam, and promotions folders for an email from support@activityhero.com If you find your gift card has been delivered to your spam or promotions folder, mark us as a trusted site so that you can receive emails from us in the future.

• Are gift cards refundable?

  Once the gift card has been emailed, it is non-refundable. If the intended recipient does not receive their gift card or accidentally deletes it, we are happy to resend the gift card. Please contact customer support at support@activityhero.com or call 1 800-437-6125
