Cooking Fun for Kids of all Ages

This camp was amazing. My daughter enjoyed everything they made. We were very surprised that she was taught very advanced techniques (ganache, mirror cakes).

The recipe was delicious but the teacher left much to be desired . She was rushed, had curt responses when simple questions were asked , was actually a bit condescending and was not engaging with the students . I will take more cooking classes but not with this teacher . .

Chef Cindy's recipes and techniques were amazing. It cannot be easy teaching cooking classes virtually, but my daughter and myself learned tons! Chef Cindy is also accommodating, if you ask her to repeat, change an ingredient, or explain; she will.

My 11 year old had a great experience. He was lucky to be the only person in the class so I can't speak how to a large class would work, but everything worked great for us. Got the recipe, we missed an ingredient but the teacher was able to make a substitution, and the dish was delicious!

The instructor was great and my kiddo was engaged the entire time. The recipe turned out great.

My daughter really enjoyed this activity. She loved it and learned a lot!!

My 11 year old son took a chocolate camp with Cindy this summer and loved it. He was a beginning baker but it increased his confidence and culinary vocabulary. The treats he brought home tasted amazing and showed creativity! Cindy is great with the kids and my son wants to take other classes. This was a unique camp and I would absolutely recommend it.

My daughter and her friend did the Chili Cook-off camp in 2015 and had a great time at the camp and competing in the July 4th Palo Alto Chili Cook-off. Cindy has the magic touch to make teens and tweens confident and adventurous in cooking. 1 day after the cook-off I smell cupcakes and have found that my daughter had pulled out multiple cookbooks and selected scratch recipes for the cupcakes, buttercream frosting and had created her own, original filling. La Toque De Cindy Rocks! Advice: wear cooler clothing as this is a cooking environment.

My daughter had a great time at the Easy Peasy meals! My husband and I were always excited to see what tasty treats she would serve us at the end of each summer camp day :) Even my 3 year old sampled the dishes! We are looking forward to next summer!

Madeleine attended the chocolate camp II this summer and loved it! She learned a lot of vocabulary and basic knowledge of chocolate making and some cooking. She came home each day telling us the details and the process of the things she made. I could sense her confidence when she watch us rave about how tasty they were! Cindy takes the time to get to know her students. Madeleine brought home some delicious samples and look forward to returning next year.

Max loves to cook now! He learned basic skills from Cindy as well as confidence to be creative and cook independently. Healthy food a bonus! This cooking camp is hands-on fun!

My daughter finished the Easy Peasy meals for Young Chefs last week and absolutely loved it! Chef Cindy really knows how to engage and inspire the kids and keeps them busy and interested - and inspired! What a great a launchpad this has been to encourage my daughter to help out and even take over in the kitchen. Thanks Cindy!

Both my girls have gone to this camp for two summers in a row. They both love it! Cindy does a great job.

My daughter enjoyed the Pizza and Pasta camp and definitely learned to appreciate making pizzas, pastas, and sauces. She loves making pizza at home now. It's amazing how much they got to prepare each day. I was also impressed by the quality and enjoyed getting to taste it!

My daughter just finished the "COOKING CAMP FOR YOUNGER KIDS" last week. She loved it and she has been practicing the dishes from Cindy's cookbook. I like the variety dishes they prepared each day- 2 or 3 dishes with appetizers, main course and/or desserts. I was well fed last week. Yum!!

I loved Cindy's pizza and pasta cooking camp! It was a great experience for me because I learned how to make pizza and pasta in a whole new and exciting way. Also my family loved tasting the different things I made at camp that I brought home. I can't wait to do more of Cindy's camps in the future!

Cindy's chocolate camp was a great experience for my daughter. She made at least 6 different chocolate recipes and brought home her creations for the family to sample. Boys and girls enjoyed the camp and were proud of their entry into the camp's cake contest. My daughter can't wait for another camp!
