Overview

This Virtual Summer Break Art Camp will inspire students through creative exploration of multiple art forms! 

Students meet online with a live instructor 9:00am - 12:00pm PST (California time) on Monday to Friday.

During this camp, students will learn the tools they need to begin their artistic journey into self-expression, reflection, and creative thinking in the world of arts and crafts. They will participate in a range of activities such as painting, sketching, clay sculpting, horticulture, paper crafting, salt painting, culinary arts, and recycled crafting.

Our instructors will begin with basic shape recognition for each project and will then move on to coloring, sculpting techniques and finally bringing the different elements together for a beautiful masterpiece.

Camps are highly interactive and students will have the opportunity to socialize, play games and share their ideas in a fun and upbeat environment.

Summer is perfect to create your favorite cartoons, paint beautiful compositions, sculpt cute characters and learn how to transform recyclables into fun treasures. 

We are sure to keep your child engaged!

Even a teacher not showing up for class, long & boring introduction that was not necessary.
Not professional. Really set up for very young children that needs a parent nearby. We won’t sign up again.

This was enjoyable for my son - we were quite impressed of his drawings. The arts and crafts portion was nice, but could use more time in between each step to allow participants to catch up or try step over if they missed it or made a mistake. There could be better clarification on the supplies list - for instance if you have colored play-doh, you may not need water colors or paint. Overall great use of time!

The program agenda was very well organized, and was the basis for my sons' summer enrollment. After the first two days of completed instruction though, I sought to cancel program enrollment until I reviewed the cancellation terms anew. I believe questions from students should be reserved for the end and recaps be abbreviated for students who join on late, as these delays during the art project hinder the enjoyment process for kids that signed in on time and are following along. Also last week, hang man was played during the last 20 minutes of class. Many students logged off. This appears to be sufficient time to work on another drawing/sketch/art creation, learn about an artist or art tools, etc. I had my sons stay on and draw a related theme picture or do another clay creation, as I did not want them to be disrespectful to the kind-hearted instructors leading the students. Thank you for seeking input on how to streamline engaging instruction to the students!
