Learn building and programming skills with an immersive Minecraft-themed experience as we delve deep into Minecraft's coding and engineering systems. Using command blocks or redstone, you’ll design piston-powered obstacle courses, rapid arrow cannons, solar-powered homes, mob arena games, enderpearl-triggered magic, and more!

We will also use Scratch to create Minecraft-inspired games to play, while learning block coding fundamentals and the basics of computer science.

Prerequisite: Must be familiar with Minecraft (ready to build projects with redstone and command blocks), able to read, and able to type about 5-10 lines of code on a computer daily.

Hi, if your child has never taken one of your classes but loves Minecraft, can they attend the intermediate camp? (Summer Intermediate Minecraft Camp) -

Hi! Yes, as long as your child is comfortable using Minecraft -- knows how to build and move around in the game, and is interested in learning how to create redstone circuits and use command blocks -- he will do fine in the Intermediate Minecraft camp. There will be some coding in the command block projects, but the teacher guides the students and as long as the student is comfortable with a keyboard, they will be successful. -
