My kiddo had a really good time! He went sprinting around the whole hour. The next day he asked if he could go back again

Unfortunately our son fell and hurt his back at his last session there. He was 1 of 2 kids in attendance that day and there was one person “watching” the kids, although my son said he didn’t notice the fall bc he was working out and looking at himself in the mirror. Like other parents have noted, a fun place for kids, but needs a little more structure and observation. It took a while for our son’s tailbone to heal but fortunately did heal in its own. Meanwhile, we never got a satisfactory response from the camp that would make us feel comfortable going back.

The place is good but the instructors need to be little bit more involved with the kids.

Thank you for your feedback. I believe you signed up for an open gym block which is designed as a free play time with adults staying onsite for supervision. We will take your suggestion and work on enhancing the level of involvement from our instructors to ensure a more engaging experience for the kids, even in the open gym block. Your input is valuable to us as we strive to continuously improve our programs. We suggest a day pass or camp program for a drop-off option where the instructors facilitate engaging activities throughout the day.
