Overview

A fun-filled 4-day camp for kids celebrating Independence Day with patriotic crafts, games, music, and outdoor activities with science experiments!

Mad Science:

Do we make slime? Yes! This is one of our popular offerings. What’s a better way other than learning science with experiments? Do it for yourself! Every day a new experiment brings a great variety in this fun way of learning science. Do hands-on experiments, learn all about microscopes, and have fun!

Art & Craft:

Kids will thoroughly enjoy being creative on Canvas painting / Cloth painting using Acrylics learning technique behind it. A week long project gives students opportunity to develop a theme working consistently being focused. They create a masterpiece at the end of the week :) Kids love this class!

Campers learn tips and tricks step by step making it easy to work each day. We divide students to offer them age and skill appropriate assignments. Junior and senior groups will be working on their skill level.

Unleash your child's creativity with our craft session, where kids will create 4th of July themed crafts. It’s a fun and thoughtful way to learn about our history and celebrate independence!

Cooking:

Young chefs embark on a delightful culinary adventure where they learn the art of creating delicious treats. Guided by skilled instructors, kids explore basic cooking techniques, discover the joy of working with fresh ingredients, and cultivate a lifelong appreciation for wholesome and tasty meals. Through hands-on experiences and teamwork, the cooking activity not only satisfies young taste buds but also fosters creativity and a sense of accomplishment in the kitchen.

My daughter really enjoyed the art/science camp here even though it was only for half a day! She made a beautiful painting that she's proud of.

Children are not allowed to talk while doing the art and science activities. While it's important to listen and respect the teacher, I believe children should be able to socialize and share their excitement during these activities. My daughter, age 7, had a great time and said camp was excellent. My son, age 9, was the oldest and was too energetic for the setting. I am certain he misbehaved and deserved to be reprimanded, but it seemed like the setting was a too strict despite his disobedience. He said camp was "fine" but asked daily to be picked up early.

Dear Parent,

Thank you very much for taking the time to review our camp. We truly appreciate your feedback and are delighted to hear that your daughter had an excellent time with us.

We want to assure you that our policy is to create an environment that encourages social interaction and sharing of thoughts during activities. However, it is our responsibility to ensure a productive and respectful learning environment for all campers. We understand that your son had some difficulties and despite our efforts to manage the situation, there were instances when his behavior became disruptive. We want you to know that we tried various strategies to help him integrate better with the group, and at no point was he punished inappropriately.

Regarding the sibling interactions, we did observe some instances of fighting between your children, and we worked to mediate these situations to ensure both were comfortable. We continue to foster a nurturing environment where all children feel safe and heard.

About the age group, your son was indeed not the oldest. We had three other boys older than him in the camp who blended well with the rest of the group.

On the matter of pickup times, we understand that delays can occur. Even though you were late for 40 min., we did not charge you any money as we value your patronage. Our late policy is $1 per minute. We want to clarify that our camp ends at 5pm and we encourage parents to pick up their children promptly to maintain our schedules and routines.

We hope this explanation offers a clearer picture of our policies and practices. We value your feedback and will use it to improve our services. Thank you once again for entrusting your children with us. We look forward to welcoming them back at our camp in the future.

Best regards,

Shilpa
