Hi Dipali, Thanks for the message and the question. Yes, we do ship materials for the online camps if we have collected any material fee. If we want you to keep the materials ready, we will send you an email with the list of materials needed. If it is our in-person camp, the kids get their material kit which they carry home after the camp. Is my 9 yr old too old for Dino Camp? (Camp Dino!!) -

Thanks for the question. Our camps are content and activity oriented and the syllabus starts above 3rd grade for Camp Dino. So, 9 year old should be fine. The group can have kids from age 5 and if the 9 year old does not mind that we will have enough activities to keep all the kids engaged. We will group the kids and give them higher level activities if they are a little older. Best regards Dr. JK -

Hi, how can I change the date that I registered for to a later hour? Currently I have from 930-1030am but I like to switch to 1130am-1230pm session. Also, how soo the email will be sending out to notify us what material do we need to prepare prior to the class? My class start next week June 14th but I haven't receive any message yet. Thank you for your help,. (Online Air and Water Science Camp) -

Hi Parent, We will call you and help you with the request. We generally send the material list 4-5 days before the camp when we do not have enough registrations for the particular camp. We have seen many other camps copying our themes and content and we have seen misuse of information sent by us. Hence such policies. Thanks for your understanding and support. -

Hi Parent, Thanks for reaching out. We strictly follow the age limit if it is for our in-person camps. We expect kids to understand instructions , specially when they are on the inflatables for their own safety. But, if you are opting for the online option, we do consider kids who are few months younger to the age cut off, provided the parents can assist the kid if needed with some activities. Camp Dino is a fun camp with a lot of content, we are pretty sure kids will enjoy the camp. -

Hi Parent, Thanks for your registration. The Camp starts next Monday 4/5/2021. We generally send the material list 3-4 days prior to the camp start date, if we have low registrations. We will not be shipping material kits for camps, unless we have mentioned so in our listing. Materials needed for our online camps are mostly available at home, or easily available for purchase. Our camps receive a lot of last minute registrations. Hence we have such a policy. You will receive the meeting link on Saturday or Sunday ( 1-2 days) before the camp starts. Hope this helps! -

Hi Parent, Thanks for the questions. We send the Zoom info the previous night or on the day of the class to maintain safety. We receive Zoom notifications saying participants are in our waiting room, in the middle of the night, which is something we could not understand. Hence, to maintain safety we share the link/ID and password before the class or in some cases the previous night if the class starts early in the morning. Material list is sent in an email. We will be using materials easily available at most homes. We come up with alternatives if you do not have those materials. -

Is this a single class available in different sessions, a course of ordered classes or a bunch of stand-alone classes? How confusion would joining after the start date be? (Plant Science Classes)

This is ongoing course with a series of topics. It is ordered course material but split into individual topics for each day.It also acts like bunch of stand-alone classes. If someone joins in between, we still give a little review of the previous topic and then introduce students to the concept of the day and then take them to the experiments. Hope this helps.
