Science Nature Labs!

Science Nature Labs was born when our founder observed that kids are very curious, absorb information like a sponge, and have perfect logical reasoning. This natural ability has to be encouraged and nurtured. With 20+ years of experience in teaching, research and science-based entrepreneurship, our founder often received multiple requests from friends and family to inspire their kids and to keep them excited about science and technology. This led to a few informal teaching sessions and over time led to the creation of Science Nature Labs. Our year round camps and classes combines fun, hands on science and loads of excitement with safe, practical science experience that children will enjoy.

We ensure that every child receives practical science experience which is not limited to computer screens or app based learning. ​We are passionate about STEAM and strive to make it a great experience for children 5-14years of age who are based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our Science programs are a great way for 5-14 year old kids to learn, explore and get hooked to the study of Science and Technology. Our seasoned and experienced team of educators are committed to instilling a sense of wonder and curiosity as a foundation for lifelong learning in the fields of Science and Technology.

Our Staff

Our Staff are well qualified, science thirsty teachers who have worked with kids for several years. All our staff are subject to mandatory background check before employment. We always have a CPR certified instructor in our camps. Our teachers and instructors are all TB tested and  vaccinated per county requirements.

Covid-19 protocols in place for all in-person camps. Our teachers have received two doses of Covid-19 vaccines. We will follow all county guidelines plus maintain safety by means of

- Temperature checks

- social distancing

- use masks as kids 5-12 years of age are yet to be vaccinated

- use gloves in special areas

- use of sanitizers as needed

- no sharing of food

- no sharing of supplies or equipment used for experiments

We are very fortunate to find Ms.Jai to teach Science for my son. We believe that Ms.Jai is passionate with what she is doing and we always see very high energy levels through out the class. Ms.Jai will make sure the students understand the concept and ends the daily class gracefully with a logical stop and not like sudden stop since it’s end time. We also notice that Ms. Jai monitors all the students through out the class and make sure they concentrate and not deviate to online games.

My son attended science summer camp and gathered lot of good information, and have multiple projects in 5 day camp.
We are very happy with Ms Jai and plan to continue the classes.

Kids are smart and can engage themselves in a game/video while still in class and our teachers make sure that we monitor the kids so that they enjoy the camp/class. Science Nature Labs! is an absolute gem. I was able to work with students from a variety of backgrounds and experiences and got to know each student personally through the interactive lesson plans. Additionally, the curriculum at Science Nature Labs is well-developed and incorporates hands-on learning with advanced concepts. Students not only learn important information but retain this information. I would highly recommend this program for all students and encourage high school and college students to become counselors as the work is extremely rewarding. Counselors have the unique opportunity to inspire students to pursue science!

Hi Dipali, Thanks for the message and the question. Yes, we do ship materials for the online camps if we have collected any material fee. If we want you to keep the materials ready, we will send you an email with the list of materials needed. If it is our in-person camp, the kids get their material kit which they carry home after the camp. Is my 9 yr old too old for Dino Camp? (Camp Dino!!) -

Thanks for the question. Our camps are content and activity oriented and the syllabus starts above 3rd grade for Camp Dino. So, 9 year old should be fine. The group can have kids from age 5 and if the 9 year old does not mind that we will have enough activities to keep all the kids engaged. We will group the kids and give them higher level activities if they are a little older. Best regards Dr. JK -

Hi, how can I change the date that I registered for to a later hour? Currently I have from 930-1030am but I like to switch to 1130am-1230pm session. Also, how soo the email will be sending out to notify us what material do we need to prepare prior to the class? My class start next week June 14th but I haven't receive any message yet. Hi Parent, We will call you and help you with the request. We generally send the material list 4-5 days before the camp when we do not have enough registrations for the particular camp. We have seen many other camps copying our themes and content and we have seen misuse of information sent by us. Hence such policies. Thanks for your understanding and support. -

Hi Parent, Thanks for reaching out. We strictly follow the age limit if it is for our in-person camps. We expect kids to understand instructions , specially when they are on the inflatables for their own safety. But, if you are opting for the online option, we do consider kids who are few months younger to the age cut off, provided the parents can assist the kid if needed with some activities. Camp Dino is a fun camp with a lot of content, we are pretty sure kids will enjoy the camp. -
