Student-Teacher Ratio 9:1

EARTH Camp: Air & Space is a day camp and will run from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm daily. The camp is open to students entering grades 6-8 in the fall semester and is open to students from public, charter, and private schools as well as home-school students. Registration opens on Earth Day, April 22nd.

At EARTH Camp: Air & Space, you will explore the sciences of the atmosphere, astronomy, and space exploration. Activities are hands-on and provide a fun way to learn.  You'll design a Mars lander, build and launch model rockets, learn about the life cycles of stars, Hawaiian Voyaging and navigation, and much, much more.

Explore questions like:

  • How do you land on a planet with little or no atmosphere?
  • Why is the sky blue?
  • Why does the sun look red at sundown?
  • What makes a rocket go?
  • How do you become an astronaut?

Join us for a week of science, fun, friendship, learning, and adventure.
