In this hands-on session, campers will step into the shoes of real engineers to learn how design and innovation come to life. By exploring the Engineering Design Process—a structured series of steps engineers use to solve problems—they’ll develop skills in creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving. Campers will apply these principles in exciting challenges that connect STEM concepts to real-world applications.

  • Engineering Design Process: Campers will practice defining problems, brainstorming ideas, designing prototypes, testing solutions, and improving their designs.
  • LEGO Education Challenges: Use LEGO bricks and sets to build structures and solve STEM challenges, combining creativity with engineering concepts.
  • Building Circuits: Explore the basics of electricity by creating simple circuits to understand how technology powers our world.
  • Coding Robots: Learn to program robots using screen-free technologies and tablets, solving problems and completing tasks through teamwork and creativity.
  • Team Collaboration: Work in groups to brainstorm and execute innovative ideas, fostering collaboration and communication.
