Camp Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate cancellations to the best of our ability while ensuring the sustainability of our camp. Please check your vacation schedule and other summer plans before registering. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellations by Participants

Cancellation Timeline:

1. 
   Up to [14 days] Before the Start of Camp: 100% credit for each session purchased, less a [processing/administrative fee] of $30.


2. 
   No credit or refunds will be provided if you cancel within fourteen (14) business days of your camp start date. Credits can only be used for another available camp session. Credits cannot be used towards Science Akadémeia holiday camps during the school year.


3. 
   No-Show Policy: Participants who fail to attend without prior notification of changing sessions will not be eligible for a refund or credits.


4. 
   Medical or Emergency Exceptions:  In the case of medical emergencies or other unavoidable circumstances, credits may be issued for another session at the discretion of camp management. Supporting documentation may be required.


5. 
   Transfers: Registration is not exchangeable or transferable to another participant.

Cancellations by Camp

1. 
   Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event that camp is canceled due to extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified promptly. Refunds or credits will be offered depending on the duration of the cancellation and the costs incurred.


2. 
   Minimum Enrollment:  If the camp is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, participants will receive a full refund.

How to Cancel

1. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to admin@satapos.com or through the Activityhero portal.


2. The date of receipt will determine the applicable refund or credit amount.
