Beginning Pianist Summer Camp

Is your child curious about playing piano?  Now he / she can be immersed in the study of this beautiful and versatile instrument for a week.

In addition to learning to play many songs and learning the piano basics, campers will explore how to improvise and to compose their own music.

We will learn some piano history, study a new piano composer each day, work on rhythm at and away from the piano, take a piano-themed craft break or two, and show off their new-found piano skills at our end-of-camp recital for family and friends.  A perfect introduction to the diverse art of piano playing!

Camper is not required to have an instrument at home.
