Games (depending on ages): Troll under the bridge, Pilates says, Snake charmer, Make a pizza, do your movement and the movement of the people before you, etc.
Fish bowl - introducing the exercise: roll up, bridge, 100s, push ups, rolling like a ball and more (all modified for children)
Partner work
Kid bowling
30 second meditation (quiet time)
No Class on school Holidays or minimum days.
