It’s tempting to believe that this is just a phase or that the habits they are creating now will just go away on their own in time.  You are not alone. We all want to raise a child in today’s world who can play for hours and stand tall and confident, ready for a happy and healthy future.  Pilates After School has helped hundreds of kids understand and appreciate the mechanics of alignment and movement in the human body, and learn self-soothing techniques through meditation. As a result kids are more posture aware, physically stronger, and sit taller than they did before the program, ready for a happy, healthy life. And best of all, Pilates After School kids come with proud, happy parents! Join us to find out!

We provide the mat, healthy snacks and materials. If your child has his/her own mat, feel free to bring it for class.

No need to pick up your child when school lets out. For your convenience, our fees include pre-care for all students.
