Online Small Group Coding Tutoring for kids 7-14!
We understand that this season will come with new challenges and a much more chaotic schedule than any Back-to-School seasons in the past.
Your School may or may not be offering any after-school STEM or coding activities, so we came to the rescue and developed a set of Online options, so that you will not to miss out on your child Enrichment this Fall.
At Mighty Coders kids are inspired to develop their creative capacity, unleash their inner inventor and innovator, and explore the mysteries of the technology world, while participate in the FUN & ENGAGING Online Coding Sessions!
Online Tutoring:
Our online coding tutoring program is designed to be taken 2 times a week (two 1 hour sessions)
We run our sessions on Tuesday-Friday
3:00 - 4:00pm / 4:10 - 5:10pm / 5:20 - 6:20pm PST
Pick any 2 time slots that work for you and enjoy your sessions!
Session Structure:
Live online coding interactive classes of 3-4 students on average, and we cap them at 6. These classes are unique way to engage students in the way most modern technology leaders train their best staff.
During each session kids get to work in 3 ways:
- 1-on-1 with a mentor
- Self-paced Problem-Solving time
- Collaboration with peers
Class Logistics and Format:
- Kids will be logging in into our virtual classroom twice a week (you pick your time)
- During each session students will be assigned a hands-on coding project
- If kids need more in-depth help with their project, they can breakout into a private session with one of our Code Mentors.
- Kids will learn to code by building video games, apps and websites.
- Each project is designed for kids to learn important programming concepts and fundamentals
