Drama classes that will enhance your child's Russian language and performing skills, will help him/her develop public speaking skills and memory, improve the child's self-esteem and help him/her find new friends. Each group meets at least once a week for two hours. Classes on speech development include learning tongue-twisters and memorizing poems. Classes on drama basics include exercises to develop movement, body language, posture, gesture, gait, coordination, stillness, timing, facial expression, eye contact, listening, expression of mood, spatial awareness, interaction with other performers, dance and choral movement. Classes on puppetry include exercises to develop operational skills of finger, hand, and stick puppets, lip synchronization, mouth movement, arms and body movement and eye contact.
Usually two shows are done during a school year.
