About
KidzHOME

KidzHOME is a grassroots non-profit organization of parents interested in a good education for their children. Since we work mostly with immigrant families, we try to combine American values with those of the heritage culture, helping families adjust to the US educational system while keeping the heritage language.  We conduct various classes, educational workshops, theater shows and camps, organize the Olympiada of Spoken Russian (together with the American Council of Teachers of Russian), contests, and other events.

We offer classes Mommy and Me (in Russian), Arts and Crafts, and Preparation to the Theater Studio classes. Our Russian or Spanish theater studios, become campers in our Camp and take part in Olympiads, role games, and contests.

Our Learning Center offers private and semi-private classes and classes in small groups (from 3 to 5 students) in various subjects. We successfully prepare children for state-wide tests, SHSAT and SAT, AP exams in several subjects, guide students during the process of college admission and help with college application and essay writing.

My daughter has been going to KidzHome Saturday program for the last three years, attending theatre, Russian, arts and crafts, and Spanish. We can't be happier with the drama classes with Dasha; our daughter is looking forward to summer camp this year. She has made a lot of friends in addition to growing artistically.

My daughter went to this camp last summer. She just loved it! It’s like a big family – small group, homemade food and a lot of activities. She took part in 4 shows, has fallen in love with acting and continued to go to their kids acting classes. This year she can’t wait to go to Kidzhome Summer camp again. Highly recommended!

Our daughter really enjoys spending time at KidzHome. We started there with arts and Russian classes way before pandemic. This summer she goes there for summer camp, and will continue to attend during school blended program. Teachers are very intelligent, knowledgable, and just nice people. Kids learn a lot there even during play time. I feel that my child is safe there as well.
