Overview

We continue to be excited about Young Kidizens as a perfect beginning to our Kidizens program. Our unique constructivist framework of city-building, role-playing and social learning enables groups of younger students to take on a guided discovery of real-life concepts.

While the overall concept and experiential learning philosophy of Kidizens penetrates all our programs, our curriculum for the “Young Kidizens,” is designed specifically for the target age group of 6-7 (and young 8′s), with the goal of simplifying many civic and economic concepts and bringing them to life with many play-based elements.

My 7 year old son loves going to Kidizens for his weekly homeschool class. The teacher, Donald, is amazing and is so nice and patient with the kids. My son has made some good friends and has learned to work well as a team. The ideas that each student brings to the table are priceless. Thanks for offering this class!
