REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2017 SUMMER CAMPS
Summer Camp Registration and Processing fee of $30 for any 1-week or 2-week camp session is non-refundable in case of any refund of payment or issuance of any credit. In addition, the refund or the issuance of the credit will be subject to the following.
Cancellations made prior to May 1 will receive a refund of 90% of the payment made minus the Registration and Processing Fee of $30.Cancellations between May 1st and May 31st will receive a 100% credit minus the Registration and Processing Fee of $30, to be applied toward future enrollments. This credit must be redeemed before the end of the current summer session and can be applied as payment towards a Kidizens Summer Camp in the current session, or a Kidizens Class/Workshop in the immediately following Fall session.
Cancellations made on or after June 1st will receive a 50 percent credit minus the Registration and Processing Fee of $30, to be applied towards future enrollments. This credit must be redeemed before the end of the current summer season and can be applied as payment towards a Kidizens Summer Camp in the current session, or a Kidizens Class/Workshop in the immediately following Fall session.
If a camp gets cancelled due to low enrollment (less than 5 kids), all camp registrants will be notified in advance, and full refunds will be issued.All refunds will be credited via original payment method. Camp fees are not refunded or prorated for days of camp missed due to illness or injury. In case of emergencies, we will make exceptions and issue refund/credit on a case by case basis.
Refunds will not be given to students who have been asked to not participate due to disruptive behavior in a class. We aspire to impart good “kidizenship” in all of our kids. However, Kidizens reserves the right to ask any student to not continue, if the student is deemed to be compromising the quality of experience of a class and other students. (please see our behavior expectations and disciplinary policy).
