Online Cancellation Policy:

1. Reimbursement Options:
   Reimbursement for online classes discontinued by a client can be issued either as a direct refund to your card or in the form of a credit (gift card) that can be used for any other Kallpachay online classes.




2. Notice Period for Direct Refund:
   We require a minimum of two weeks' notice for clients seeking to discontinue their classes and requesting a direct refund. In the case of immediate cancellation, credit will be issued for any classes within two weeks of either the date cancellation is requested or the client’s last day of class attended, whichever occurs later. 




3. Refund and Credit Processing Fees:
   Any direct refunds incurred at the client's request are subject to the withholding of registration fees and a 5% credit processing fee. If the client opts for credit instead of a direct refund, credit is subject only to the withholding of registration fees.




4. No Reimbursement for Various Scenarios:
   No reimbursement in the form of credit or direct refund, will be issued for no-shows, full or partial classes already attended.




5. Cancellation by Kallpachay:
   Clients will be reimbursed in full for any classes canceled by Kallpachay.




6. Technology Disclaimer:
   If your child experiences any technological difficulties during class, there will be no make ups for the missed time unless it is due to a difficulty on our end.
