All Of Me Seen Camp is a Somatics and Mindfulness Summer Camp that provides girls ages 5 yrs to 14 yrs with the tools to experience more freedom of expression, embodiment and compassion in their lives with a focus on:

• Engagement - Each session will consist of mindfulness practices as a way for the participants to find presence within themselves and engage in social emotional learning.
• Embodiment - Facilitators will guide the participants through a series of Somatic exercises and games to foster emotional, energetic and physical embodiment.
• Empowerment - Each day the participants will engage in practices of social emotional learning and cultivating embodiment which promotes confidence, autonomy and empowerment.
