All Of Me Seen Camp is a Somatics and Mindfulness Summer Camp that provides girls ages 6yrs to 13yrs with the tools to experience more freedom of expression, presence and compassion in their lives with a focus on:
Engagement: Each session will consist of mindfulness practices as a way for the participants to find presence within themselves and engage in social emotional learning.
Embodiment: Facilitators will guide the participants through a series of Somatic exercises, yoga and games to foster emotional, energetic and physical embodiment.
Empowerment: Each day the participants will engage in practices of social emotional learning, cultivating embodiment which promotes confidence, autonomy and empowerment.
Participants will have yoga daily and each week, participants will engage in acting, dance, voice, art and swim.
Some activities include: Participants will learn the science of the nervous system and brain and learn how the brain and body process emotions. They'll be given toys (tools) to help them navigate big feelings and will engage in acting, voice and dance with guest artists.
