ALL GIRLS ARTS & MINDFULNESS CAMP

All Of Me Seen Summer Camp is a Somatics and Mindfulness Summer Camp that provides girls ages 6 yrs to 13 yrs with the tools to experience more freedom of expression, embodiment and compassion in their lives. Through creative writing, dance, voice, art and yoga the girls will cultivate the three main ingredients to experiencing more confidence, joy and freedom in their lives. 

• Engagement: Each session will consist of mindfulness practices and science based arts and crafts as a way for the participants to find presence within themselves and engage in social emotional learning. 
• Embodiment: Facilitators will guide the participants through a series of Somatic exercises and games to foster emotional, energetic and physical embodiment. 
• Empowerment: Each day the participants will engage in voice and movement which promotes confidence, autonomy and empowerment.
