Junior Robotics (Coding with VEX 123)

The below is only applicable for our 1 day and 5 day camps:

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise that require a cancellation of your child's participation in our camp program. To ensure fairness to all parties involved, we have established the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellation requests made prior to the camp start date will receive a full refund of the camp tuition, minus a 15% booking fee per child per session (this is the fee that Activity Hero charges, and not iCode)
  
  


• If enrollees transfer to another camp, the booking fee will be waived.
  
  


• Cancellation requests made after the camp start date will not be eligible for a refund.
  
  


• In the event that the camp session is cancelled by the camp due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or low enrollment, we will offer a full refund of the camp tuition or a credit for a future session.
