BSA Scouts Aviation Merit Badge Workshop

My son had a fantastic time at the Hiller Aviation Museum taking the Aviation Merit Badge class! He especially enjoyed doing a pre flight check on the Albatross that is on display in the museum as well as using the flight simulator. My husband took advantage of the opportunity to go through the museum while our son was in his class. I think he has been to the museum about 5 times and just loves it!

It is really an amazing and impressive activity for Koen, since it is the first time he went to hiller Aviation Museum. He had great experience to understand more about the Aviation, especially the experience to drive the plane! He’s looking forward to visit there again!

My scout said "I wasn't bored for a minute!" Now, that's high praise from a teen.

I would strongly recommend others take advantage of this amazing opportunity. My son did the Aviation merit badge at the Hiller Museum. He had an amazing day at the museum and learned so much!

The Aviation merit badge program was a fun class for the scouts.

It is evident the employees and docents at Hiller have a passion for aviation. The museum is a wonderful resource!

This is a very good program for the boy scouts to achieve the Aviation merit badge. The boys really like it.
The only thing I am not satisfied is the lack of lunch information. That's why I give it 4-star.
The museum does not provide lunch for the scouts. But there is a burger king one block away. The scouts should bring their lunch or money to buy their lunch. It is better to put this info on the website.

This is a great program and we can't wait to do the next one!
