Our "Kids Dungeons and Dragons" program is led by our wonderful instructors with years of experience working with children, and a passion for supporting kids emotional and mental development through Role Playing Games.
Players will have fun throughout this 8 week campaign as they enter the vivid fantasy world of Dungeons and Dragons. They will practice key skills such as math, reading comprehension, active listening, creative problem solving, conflict resolution, story telling, and teamwork. Our game masters will tailor the adventure to children's specific needs and interests so they can have a fun and fulfilling campaign.
Is problem-solving as a magical cat more appealing to your child than fantasy adventure? We've got just the special RPG activity for them - "Magical Kitties Save the Day!"
In Magical Kitties Save the Day, kids step into the paws of adorable kitties with unique magical powers, embarking on exciting adventures to save the day in a colorful world! This roleplaying game encourages creativity and teamwork, as players collaborate to solve problems and help others.
As they take on different roles, children practice empathy, communication, and emotional intelligence, learning how to navigate both challenges and successes together. With every mission, kids build confidence, strengthen their social skills, and develop a deeper understanding of their emotions—all while having a blast in a magical world of fun and friendship
These activities take take place in our D&D Room, a vintage library themed playroom inspired by all things RPG, and our immersive Space Room, making the players experience feel comfortable and ready to have fun! Snacks and drinks are available as well for a tasty addition to the adventure.
Families of kids participating in this program receive 15% off all RPG games and accessories in the store while the campaign is running so kids can continue to play at home!
Tiny suggestion - it could be cool to have a couple particular groups specifically for kids who don't want to kill every living thing they encounter. ;) Though that seems harder to implement. And it sounds like the DM (forgot their name) did a great job of wrangling everyone toward a common goal anyway.
