Great question. You can pick either topic for your kid. Our classes are customized to the student's interest. . At the first class with us, we will get to know the student and can even help them pick a topic based on their age and previous experience. -

Thanks for asking! The class is very suitable for a 9 year old with prior Scratch experience. We have designed Scratch game designing curriculum in different themes that gradually progresses students from beginner to advanced levels. We hope to give your child a great learning experience. -

Thanks for asking! The class topics will be similar, we provide options to students to choose a topic of their interest. Two published time slots are based on teachers' availability. You don't need to download any particular software, everything is in the cloud. A student would need a computer with working a speaker and microphone, camera is optional. Thanks for asking! Our teacher will conduct an assessment at the beginning of the camp/class, projects will be chosen based on the assessment and student's interest. -
My daughter is 9 and a half years old. Can I still enroll her for Python session? I noticed it says python is for 10+ years old. She is already familiar with Scratch and tinker. (Summer Coding Camp (3 to 1 Ratio))

If she has prior experience with Scratch, we can start the first day with an introductory Python project, then gradually transition to more challenging ones as we proceed. We provide JavaScript and Python instructions, students are open to choose any of the 15+ topics they're interested in. Thanks for asking! There are no prerequisites for the classes. We begin with evaluating students’ prior experience and projects they’re interested in and start at the level they are comfortable in. You can use a laptop. Following is the technology requirement: 1. Desktop or laptop, with microphone and speaker (camera is optional). 2. Mouse for efficient browsing. 3. Updated web browser (Example; Chrome, FireFox, or Safari). 4. High-speed internet connection. 5. Headphones are recommended for the student to effectively communicate with the teacher in an online classroom. -
This camp showed up with my filter set for 6 year olds, but the youngest class I see is 7+. Am I missing something for younger kids? (Summer In-Person Coding Camp)

Sibling discount should be automatically available when you include two siblings in your cart. This discount can not be combined with multi-session discount. Thanks for asking! Yes, the class is suitable for a 6 year old. We can recommend Scratch Jr. that is designed for ages 5 to 7. Scratch Jr. is an effective and fun way to get introduced to coding. Our classes are customized to the student's interest. At the first class, we will get to know the student and work with her/him to pick a topic based on age and previous experience. -
