My 8-year old daughter enjoyed her spring camp and loved her coach.
Questions & Answers
Is this camp a good fit for a 6 years old new to soccer? We sent him to a weekly one hour class last year and he didn't like it because there was not enough focus to engage beginner and the sessions seem to be most spent on scrimmage which he did not enjoy as an absolute beginner. So I am not sure if the 4 hour session is too much for him. (Spring Break Soccer Camp) -

Yes it is. We spend 9-11 am of camp time on skills. Please let me know who was the coach. Our classes should spend at least 60-70% time on skills and 30-40% on 1v1 and matches, so whoever was coaching was not following our program. Rec League is the opposite. We do 20-30% skills then scrimmage the rest of the time. We however advertise Rec League as such-- it's a recreational league for kids to learn to play in teams, not a class. -
