Overview

LITTLE RIDERS CAMP - JOIN OUR 3 DAY PROGRAM!

A full day camp of learning and physical activities can be overwhelming for our little riders.

This shorter smaller class setting is catered to the younger riders 6-7 years old. This 3-day camp is a good introduction to time in the outdoors with our amazing staff and lesson horses. They will have an opportunity to learn how to safely interact with horses and enjoy the company of other little riders.

This opportunity has a shorter lesson to prevent riders from getting too sore or tired.

Campers’ activities will include but aren’t limited to:

Riding (Mounting, Steering, stopping, speed control, balance, posting, dismounting)
Learn to groom
Learn to lead
Learn to saddle
Horse anatomy
Horse colors and markings
Arts and crafts
Horse games
Nature walks

It's not 2 hours of activities, maybe 40 minutes max per day. Every day, first 20 mins at check in we did nothing and waited for instructor. There were too many fillers like instructors just going around all kids asking names as there was no activity to do. They were passing time to get 2 hours done every day. The only solid thing on agenda was 20 min ride per day which would cost me $100 for 3 days instead of enrolling in the camp.
