Overview
Students will create battery-powered LEGO® creations on wheels and artistic model vehicles. They will learn how gears and wheels can come together with good build technique to affect speed. Students will use battery packs and motors to give life to creations like a helicopter, swing and walking camel. They will learn from hands-on building how form and function come together in a great design.

In the afternoon, students will work with gears, axles and Technic elements as as they tap into the powerful forces of imagination and engineering. Young engineers build complex machines and structures based on designs from a galaxy far, far away. Projects include LEGO® X-wings, AT-ST, AT-AT Walkers, Snow Speeders, Tie Fighters and Sabers. Parents will receive a newsletter update on how their young builders are doing and a class magazine with photos of projects.

Pre and Post Care Available for $20/day. Campers can be dropped off at 8:00 AM and picked up anytime between 3:00 - 6:00 PM. Pack nut-free snacks, lunch and water.

Our daughter had a lot of fun with the content of the camp and enjoyed working with the Lego kits. However, the teachers were merely there for supervision and didn't provide much guidance or support for the children.

On the last day there had been a sub, and our daughters mentioned how much more helpful and attentive he had been. The two main teachers had been sitting at the desk mostly.

We loved the Lego camp - Annie the instructor was lovely and kept a fun packed day of Legos and various activities. My daughter loved each and every day.
We will definitely sign up again.
