Overview

Student-Teacher Ratio 12:1

During this 5-day camp students will create battery-powered LEGO® creations within a variety of themes - Space, Vehicles, Trains, Animals and Cities. They will learn how gears and wheels work together to create movement. Students will use battery packs and motors to give life to creations like a helicopter, a walking camel and even a bubble machine.

Through hands-on building, students will learn how form and function come together in a great design. Students will not only practice using technology and engineering skills but will also use their creativity to complete fun activities within each day’s theme - art projects, paper crafts such as paper helicopters. Students will also have the opportunity to use their imagination to work on creative projects with loose LEGO®.

Please note, if you select the daily price option, a minimum of 2 days must be met.

This camp is quite pricey. one thing to note is it says the age range is from 4-11, which is quite a range. there isn’t any specific differentiation or age-based grouping. The instructors are kind and nice, but I would not consider it beyond anything i have seen around to pay a high premium. The material is also not something you can take back, but it’s really not worth in my opinion.

Our kid loves play Lego so ask us to sign up a Lego Camp. But the experience was not impressive and the kids gave us feedback that it was boring and they were not passionate to work and play with kids.
