Refund Policy: Fall Camp, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving & Holiday Camps ​

• We understand that plans change. Unfortunately, we have costs that we must manage. Thank you for understanding. 


• No refunds for single day registrations no matter when it is requested.


• Refund requested for full week and two or more single day registrations 21 days prior to start of camp - You will receive the total tuition minus a $100 processing fee. If you sign up for extended care and request a refund there is no $100 processing fee but you will not be refunded the extended care fee.


• Refund requested after 21 days,  but before 14 days of camp start date, you will receive 25% of the tuition. 


• No refunds two weeks prior to camp starts


• We are unable to refund extended care sessions. 


• Forward registration proof to registration@brainvyne.com to request refund. No phone calls please, we need written proof of the refund request.


• No matter when refunds are requested, all refunds will be processed after the session ends.


• We cannot roll over 2022 camp fees for use towards the 2023 season


• First switch to a different day is free. Any further switches to sessions will require a $25 administrative fee.
