BrainStorm STEM Education

BrainStorm provides educational programs focused on creating the next generation of innovators and thinkers by allowing kids to explore the wonders of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) during their critical formative years from 1st Grade through High School. BrainStorm’s programs allow students imaginations to come to life as they discover mechanical and structural principles of simple machines, build robots, create code or make their own video game.

Our STEM programs represent the perfect storm for student engagement with applied physics, mathematics, computer programming, digital prototyping and design, integrated problem solving, teamwork, and thought leadership all being explored through hands-on projects.

As a parent who enrolled my 11-year-old daughter in Brainstorm STEM Education's Robotics Camp, I am delighted to share my feedback and experience with other parents considering this program.

Firstly, I was impressed by the professionalism and responsiveness of the Brainstorm STEM team during the registration process. They provided detailed information about the curriculum, schedule, and what to expect from the camp, which helped alleviate any concerns I had.

During the camp itself, my daughter had an incredibly positive experience. The instructors were knowledgeable, passionate about robotics, and skilled at engaging young learners. They created a supportive environment where children felt comfortable asking questions and exploring new concepts.

The curriculum was well-designed with lots of engaging hands-on activities. Each day, my daughter learned new robotics skills and then had the opportunity to apply them in fun challenges. This approach not only kept her engaged but also fostered critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Another aspect that impressed me was the emphasis on collaboration. The camp encouraged teamwork, allowing children to work together to solve complex problems and complete robotics projects.

The camp was well-equipped with the latest robotics kits and technology, providing children with everything they needed to explore the world of robotics.

Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Brainstorm STEM Education's Robotics Camp to other parents. It not only ignites a passion for STEM subjects but also equips children with invaluable skills for the future. My daughter had a fantastic time, and I'm grateful for the enriching experience she gained from this program.

Good morning!!! Thank you for your interest in our Brainstorm program! 13 is definitely not to old! I think he will still enjoy the class plenty. He doesn't need any prior experience since we will be teaching all they need to know to succeed in the class. It's very beginner friendly! We hope to see you there! Have a wonderful day! -
Students don't end school until 3:15, and with pick up and travel time we probably won't be there until 4pm. Do you have other more accommodating schedule in OC please? (Young Einsteins: STEM Lab) -

Hi there, Thank you for taking your time to inquire about our programs! Unfortunately, with this Ladera Ranch class, their Community Center is only open for a short period of time so our class will not be able to start any later than 3:00 PM in order for us to instruct during their hours of operations. But, if you are looking for classes through OC, we have some great classes we're running through the City of Irvine. Feel free to look over the classes under our Registration tab, under "City of Irvine." If you have any other concerns or further questions please feel free to email or call us directly. Thanks so much! - BrainStorm -
We never received the zoom/link information to start the class tomorrow (June 7). Can you kindly send it to the students? Much thanks! (STEAM Studio: YouTube Masters) -

What is the teacher: child ratio for these classes? (GAMEMAKER: Roblox Design & Coding)
asked on Nov 14, 2020

Hi, The teacher to child ratio is 8:1 for our classes, so students get lots of individualized instruction, but can still make friends. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Have a great day! Best, BrainStorm -
