Once again my kids had an incredible time. This is one of the best camps in the City.

There is nothing better in this city! My kids love adventure camp at all ages. It is a really special place with special staff. Christian is a celebrity and beloved by my daughters and the girls get so excited to see anyone from their AC staff. It is adventurous, different, and so much fun every day. So grateful for this wonderful place.

This is my daughter's favorite camp of ALL time!! They love everything about it. The adventures, the counselors, the "pranks", the stories and so much more!!! This camp is not to be missed! Thank you Christian for giving my kids the best week of their summer again and again!

We feel so lucky to have found Adventure Camps! Our 5 year old son has attended Adventure Camp for the past 1.5 years or so on holiday breaks and, now, during summer break before he starts kindergarten. The counselors and staff, including the counselors in training, are so engaging, kind, and fun - Arlo has the time of his life every day. They go on new adventures, enjoy nature, and play games. He loves the time in the van driving to/from their activities.

It was a great set of activities and our son warmed up to the plan, songs in the van and hanging out with the group more and more each day.

My son had such great time-! He still talks about his van and his buddies. Can’t wait till next summer!

Absolutely loved it! Camp counsellors were kind and fun and did a great job of taking care of my daughter! I was anxious to send her with a group of children she didn't know, however, it was truly excellent! Can't wait to go again.

My 9-year old son is 1.5 weeks into a three week session at Adventure Camps, which is his first time (ever) attending any camp.
In short, he LOVES camp abs looks forward to it every day. I’m fact, he was very upset when he learned that they don’t have camp on weekends, too! They go somewhere new each day, which he enjoys. He loves the vans (to hear him tell it that is a huge part of the fun of camp) and finds the staff fun and wonderful. Based on our family’s experience I highly recommend Adventure Camps.

My son liked being in the vans and listening to songs with the other kids, as well as the adventures they went on. It was a jam packed week of berry picking, baseball field touring, hot dog barbecuing, swimming, rock climbing, and exploring.

Michael likes that they go to different places everyday. He likes the fact that there are kids of all ages.

Adventure Camp is the best camp. The counselors are amazing and Christian the Director is always so accommodating and so wonderful with the kiddos!

We initially picked this camp because our son loves to have different adventures. In San Francisco, it’s tough to make sure your kid experiences a real summer. The camp ventures out across the bridges when the weather is terrific. This is my son’s 3rd summer with Adventure Camp! We love that they have a small guide to camper ratio and
my son always comes back with a new playlist, stories about the trip and group activities. Our son always comes back with his positive and happy attitude intact and it’s clear that the camp guides consistently make sure that the kids enjoy their time with them. He says that it’s totally fine not going with a buddy because the guides make sure they all have fun and feel comfortable. We love the concept of the everyday field trip!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Adventure Camp is hands-down both my children's (my daughter (7) and my son (9)) favorite camp. They beg to go every summer and make sure I sign them up when I do our family summer planning. ALL the counselors are excellent. This is our 4th year going and it was so nice seeing the same counselors and Christian, the camp director. All the counselors and Christian warmly remembered and greeted my kids and they most definitely remembered the counselors. The camp is over 48 years old and is very much a family business; so it's well established and reputable but also warm and personable. They know kids and how to take them out for the best day ever.

Highly recommend!! Our 6 year old son had a blast and this was his first summer camp experience! Staff is responsive and professional. Our son has a peanut allergy and they were accommodating and thoughtful. My son looked forward to each day at Adventure Camp and he loved it!

Our kids - daughter and son - LOVE adventure camp!!! Our son is now almost 7 and has been joining Christian and team since he was 4. He is delighted when he can attend and has continued to do so for 3 years of school and every break he can make it. He has even created a "club" of only Adventure Camp people. He is now - not unexpectedly - fully embracing his younger sister to join in. She loves it. No hesitation. Very trustworthy and extremely fun.

It was my son's first time with Adventure Camps. He wasn't super excited to go, but I'd heard so many great things and encouraged him to keep an open mind. Well, it didn't take much! He loved all the time out and about, exploring different places, playing games and not knowing what fun awaited the group next. After camp, he asked me to sign him up for "a few weeks" next summer. Thumbs up! P.S. His group featured a wide age range, 4-10, so something for everyone.

Caring and fun counselors, like the big brothers and sisters you never had. Such a great way to build confidence and independence in a safe and fun setting.

Our son enjoyed Adventure Camp, but it would have been nice to know where they went each day. He would tell us some of the actives "fairy forest", "beach" but it would be nice to know exactly where the locations were so that we could take him back on a non-camp week. He also love a lot of the songs you played in the van. Overall, he enjoyed the camp!!

Great camp counselors that helped my kids feel comfortable within minutes of their arrival the first day of camp. Each day is a new adventure and so much fun!

Such a great camp! Loved having our son outdoors doing something new and exciting everyday!

My 5 year old's first camp experience without a friend. He was a bit nervous going into it and when I picked him up his first words were "that was soooooo fun! I want to go again!" My only minor critique is that if would be nice to know after the day is done where they ended up going since it could be fun to re-visit with my kid and also just better understand his day as he described it. The instructors were approachable and friendly so I am sure they would have told me had I asked but I was new to it and didn't want to interrupt them as they got through getting kids to parents. It's a small thing and wouldn't change my recommendation.

My kid LOVED Adventure Camp. This was the first camp she ever attended without knowing any of the other children or counselors and she couldn't wait to go back every day.

The counselors were nice, and the golf hunt was fun.

I liked playing tag at the playground. I also enjoyed ditching Snow White and riding through the secret street.

Our son (4 yrs) absolutely loved Adventure Camp this summer. Since he recently dropped his afternoon nap, I was worried the day might be too long of a day for him, but I was so wrong. It is actually the perfect. What he loves about his "favorite camp ever" include: riding in "Snow White" the van, chasing with teacher Kristin, and the little candy treats the give some afternoons. The element of surprise regarding the days agenda is a cool touch.

My 5 year old son loved the camp - had different activities each day, great staff and good group of kiddos. We would absolutely do it again.

Our daughter absolutely LOVES adventure camp - both as a camper during the school year and the summertime. The staff make each day so much fun - she comes home bubbling with excitement and stories. I'd recommend this to any family!

Our daughter was very anxious about attending camp for the first time the summer after kindergarten, and, even though Adventure Camp is mobile and changes location each day, she was thrilled with it. I was initially worried about our daughter being driven in a van all over the Bay Area, but it's broadened her perspective, has helped a once shy girl open up and gain confidence, and the lucky girl has gotten to spend her days outside in truly beautiful areas. Our daughter comes home glowing and exhausted! Rory tailors the camp to each child there that day; for example, my daughter adores treasure hunts and finding "wish stones", and Rory makes sure to include treasure hunts when she's a camper. She now asks to go every school break, and is excited to go back next summer.

Brice really enjoyed Adventure Camps. He was initially super disappointed he would not be attending the same camp as his three older brothers but after his first day with Adventure Camps he felt he had the better camp and was super happy. He loved going to different places each day, being outside, driving in the van, the friends he met and the adults who were with him each day.

We learned of this camp through one of the parents as Stuart Hall for Boys where our kids go to school.

Adventure Camps was a huge success for us and one I'll look into again in the future. Thank you for a great week!

Our kids love Adventure Camp! Rory, Christian and the team do a wonderful job of keeping the kids active, outdoors and continually excited about going back to camp. They are always happy and full of stories of the days' activities when they get home. And best of all, they are tired;-)

My daughter had the time of her life at this camp. She went on a treasure hunt through golden gate park and explored new playgrounds. I love that they are taking the children to new places and introducing new experiences they might not otherwise have, such an amazing camp! Our only regret is that we didn't find out about it sooner.

This is a great camp. My 5 year old son comes back happy and tells me all the fun stuff they did. It is mostly random stuff but he loves it. What differentiates this camp to others is Rory and his staff. They are really into this and have fun with kids

My son has been an avid Adventure Camp-er for years. It has remained his favorite after-school and summer camp activity to date! I love that every day is a surprise adventure and no two days are ever the same. Thanks, Rory and Team!!!
