Day Camps must be cancelled on or before May 13, 2024 in order to receive a refund with a 18% processing fee. As always, camps require full payment at time of registration and are non-refundable. Any cancellation requests made after May 13, 2024 and up to two weeks before the start of camp will be refunded in the form of an ADC credit to use on a future purchase. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the start of camp will not receive a refund or credit.

Please understand that our camps are kept small to facilitate learning, and many fill up quickly. Last-minute cancellations keep other kids from enjoying our camps. Thank you for your understanding.

If your child is unable to attend camp, please consider converting all or part of your registration fees into a donation or scholarship to assist families in need.
