My daughter loved it! The only problem was unprompted high-sugar snacks.

My child enjoyed the experience at the Saratoga location. He formed friendships and would often return home excitedly sharing new games or sports he had learned. He particularly liked Coach Chloe.

My daughter enjoyed this camp - the teachers were fun and engaging and they played fun games. Only one callout - there were two camp cancellations - they first moved us to the San Ramon location as the Walnut Creek camp was cancelled. Then, they cancelled the second week at San Ramon (giving a few days notice), so we had to scramble to figure out another childcare solution.

Pros: Overall a good value for the money, my 6 year old enjoyed all 3 days and the other kids/parents we spoke to seemed to enjoy it as well. The 2 young ladies that were assigned to my child’s group (the younger kids) were kind & attentive. There was plenty of parking at the facility. They seemed to follow COVID protocols and also made check-in/out easy. Cons: My child would have appreciated a wider variety of games be played each day instead of the same ones all 3 days. Considering how big this indoor space is, the possibilities are endless. A little creativity goes along way. Staggering the kids’ bathroom break (potty & hand washing) before lunch would have been a good idea. The dirty synthetic indoor turf left the children’s clothes and hand blackened, along with anything else they touched. There were 2 individual bathrooms available to 24+ kids that lined up at basically the same time each day before lunch. I get that these are the only 2 bathrooms they have access to, but there has to be a better way. Also, the indoor turf needs to be cleaned on a regular basis. While GrowFit does not own or operate the facility utilized, they do pay to use it and is an issue that directly impacts the experience provided by them.
All that said, in the end the most important thing is my child’s happiness and safety. She was super happy to go every day and they kept her safe. Job well done!

From the kid perspective, I think this is a good camp. My son (9) had a good day. He had been reluctant to attend, but he reported back at the end of the day that he really enjoyed it and would be excited to come back. From the parent perspective, I was not happy with the organization. An email had come out the day prior giving instructions that ended up being wrong. They said that there would be complementary before care starting at 8am (camp started at 9), so I sat in line outside in the parking lot, along with at least a half dozen other parents/kids, for an hour. By 9am there was a long line of parents/kids and only one person checking them in. Similarly, the email said they would be open until 6pm when really they were closing at 4pm. I get that it was a mistake, but it really was disruptive.

Safe and fun! My daughter loved it. Can’t wait to attend in the future.

I was so happy to have found GrowFit for my high energy 8 year old son. He loved it and always came home with a tired but happy smile on his face. The staff was welcoming and engaged in making sure all of the kids were feeling comfortable, safe and having a good time.

I’m my son did want the same camp and he did like it a lot , thank you.

My 4 year old enjoyed the camp over Presidents Week (Ski Week). He made new friends, kept active the whole day, and was excited to go back the next day. As a parent, I appreciated the early drop-off and late pick-up which was offered at no charge! It didn’t make pick-up stressful. Thank you for a great program!

The staff at GrowFit are simply amazing. I sent both my kids here during the school break and they had an awesome time. The staff went above and beyond when my son was being called names. I really can’t say enough good things about them. They really care about having a safe, fun, and inclusive environment. We will definitely be back!

My 10-year-old son had a lot of fun with GrowFit's Sports Camp at SportsHouse. He said it was his favorite camp that he's ever attended. He was active all day long engaged in a variety of sports and activities and he met new friends. I really appreciated the flexibility with free early drop off and later pick up times each day. I've not encountered that aspect with other camps. The staff and instructors were friendly and welcoming. The complementary hot lunches were great as well. I definitely recommend this camp to anyone whose kids enjoy sports!

My 10 year old twin sons have been going to Growfit for over 1 year now during school breaks. They love it so much that they insist on staying until after 5 pm every time! Hot lunches are the best of any day camp program and my kids have been to many! I vary the camps they attend but this is their favorite go-to sports camp! It is worth the price!

We were very happy when we went to admit our daughter for her first day in the summer camp. It's pretty huge and we were very happy to find the right sports camp for her. On her second day, my daughter got injured on her arm while jumping on the inflatables. My daughter is six year old and she told that she informed the instructor but she didn't get any medical help. When we asked for an update the next day, Instructor told us that our daughter never reached out for help. I wouldn't trust GrowFit for any of my future summer camps if they cannot take care of kids safety. Lastly, After care is really bad with just kids hanging around.

My 11 yr old son attended the Redwood City camp last year. We complained after they had the kids play in their parking lot instead of inside. (They double booked.) We also shared concerns about serving pizza twice in a row, some fights breaking out and our kids getting sweared at by other campers having meltdowns. When I asked why we did not have the same counselors each day, they told us not to come back. We had brought three other participants amounting to $1,000+. They refunded mine, but it was a horrible way to be treated. We expect more and got far less. But we do. PS: Sportshouse however is great and we enjoy indoor soccer their and parties and events. They just rent it out.

Not sure what has happened exactly but my kid was crying at the end of the day that he didn’t get Popsicle that all the other kids got.

Our girls absolutely loved it! They both (ages 6 and 8) loved going each day. They came away wanting to go more, and have their birthday parties with them.

Great program. In particular, your guys did a great job on kids safety. When I picked up my kid, you have staff, i think the CEO, inside the inflatable to make sure kids safe. This is greatly appreciated since old and young kids playing together could get injured very badly. Thanks!

Great, friendly staff and instructors. Managed to keep my 4 year old engaged for the entire day from 9 am to 5 pm. We signed him up for a school holiday camp, and he is already asking to go again. We will be back!

My 6 year old had so much fun doing engaging activities!! The staff was beyond amazing - so professional, kind, caring and gentle towards the kids. My son said all the kids there had great behavior...he gave them a 10/10 - that is a function of the program and great people running it. It was our favorite camp of all time. And the best part was, this was the first drop-off program that tells me my son was kind, great with the other kids, helpful and a blessong to be around. He felt so proud to be seen in such a positive light and I was so happy for him!! Ashley the program director is a phenomenal leader who genuinely takes time to get to know the kids and provide an environment for them to thrive in. My son wants to go back for every camp!!!

My boys had a blast! Thank you for introducing my kids to a few sports they have never played or heard about in a very fun way. They want to come back and do it again soon.
