Our son loved his time with RBL. He was challenged and encouraged, and grew as a musician. Plus staff communication with parents was stellar.

Let me take you on a journey into the magical realm of Rock Band Land—an experience that defies expectations and ignites the creative spark within every child (or elder) fortunate enough to participate as they are inspired to challenge conventions and explore the depths of their imagination.
Imagine stepping into a vibrant, enigmatic space where the darkly enchanting atmosphere is charged with anticipation and intrigue. That’s exactly what Rock Band Land feels like—an unconventional haven where children are encouraged to dream big, embrace their inner rebels, and forge unconventional paths through music and storytelling.

What strikes me most about Rock Band Land is its commitment to nurturing nonconformity and fearless creativity. Guided by passionate mentors who embody a blend of mystery, absurdity, and wisdom, the children are urged to question norms and create content while cultivating their unique talents within a collaborative setting. The program’s ethos is profound in its defiance of the ordinary: challenge expectations, aspire to greatness, and embrace a world where imagination knows no bounds. Here, children are encouraged to embrace their shadows and channel them into transformative works of art.
As a parent, educator, or admirer of the unconventional, Rock Band Land is a revelation. It’s a reminder that creativity thrives in the shadows and that our children possess the audacity to reshape the world. So, if you seek an entrancing journey into the realm of defiant creativity and fearless self-expression, look no further than Rock Band Land. It’s where the next generation of rebels and visionaries are born, one haunting chord at a time.
REVIEWING: Rock Out (w/free van service), Advanced Band, Spring Break Camp, day camps, and summer camps for 3 kids ages 8, 9, 11 + ERO for myself and with a 5yo counting down the days till her first RBL adventure, the only thing she wants for her 6th birthday.

And if all you need is the practical, RBL is very organized, with excellent communication and highly skilled staff. Your kids will leave there believing they just exited a magical realm that surpasses anything they previously imagined and longing to go back. It will be worth every penny you spend.

Rock Band Land is a truly unique camp and I doubt there's anything else quite like it in the world. Your kids get to be Rock n Roll stars and laugh themselves out of their minds. SF is lucky to have this magical, sassy unicorn -- may it always be here.

RBL totally gets your kid, exactly as they are. We were worried about our daughter with SPD and some challenges with situations involving too much noise being able to enjoy a music camp. We love and adore our fun, creative, and amazing daughter, but sometimes her behavior can be a challenge for schools or summer camps that don’t know how to work with her. We reached out to Brian before the camp, and he went out of his way to make sure we knew that he would do everything he could to support her during the camp. Their fun and inclusive environment made her comfortable during the camp, and she had a blast. They are a great group of people, your child will thank you for enrolling them .
