Overview

Come STREEEEEEEEEEETCH your sewing know-how at Camp Fashionista. From t-shirts to slinky maxi skirts to your favorite sweats, stretchy knit fabrics are everywhere.

Sewing with knits is a whole separate skill set and Camp Fashionista can help you level up.

We’ll teach you how to set up your machine with the right kind of needle, the special tools and stitches knits require, and specialized cutting and sewing techniques that make knit projects so fabulous.

You will make a fleece baby blanket, a lined beanie, and a simple T-shirt!

After completing this class series you will be ready to make all of the great stretchy projects we have like Skater Skirts and Dresses.

Highly recommend Camp Fashionista!!! My 11 year old daughter just finished her 4 day Accessories camp with Dori and loved it. Dori is an excellent instructor who is easy to learn from and has fabulous ideas to share with her students. This is my daughter's second round of classes after taking the 1A class (machine sewing) over two years ago.

Look forward to having my daughter take more classes in the future.

Camp Fashionista offers children a great opportunity to learn to sew in an easy, non-judgemental environment. My granddaughter is so proud of her dresses, purses and pillow case she has made there. Last December, at age 10, she made all her Christmas presents.
