This is a beginners flexibility series for girls. Students will stretch individually, on the barre, on the mats, and in groups. Flexibility will be gained in the arms, shoulders, upper back, waist, hips, hamstrings, and splits.
There will be dynamic stretching, isometric stretching, and group stretching.
