Refunds will only be issued if you cancel your registration prior to the 3rd week of class. If you cancel your registration before the 3rd week of class,  you have two options:

• You can choose to receive a refund for 85% of the pro-rated tuition for the remaining classes. (So, for example, if you cancel after the 2nd week of a 10-week term, you would be refunded 85% of the tuition for weeks 3-10.) The retained fees will go towards covering finance charges and administrative time.


• You can choose to use 100% of the pro-rated tuition for the remaining classes as credit toward future Math Circle classes or camps. (So, for example, if you cancel after the 2nd week of a 10-week term, you could use 100% of the tuition for weeks 3-10 as credit toward future registration.)
