Kid's Class (ages 3/4 - 8)

This is NOT a commercial 'martial arts' kicking/punching exercise session! Offer your children the chance at a better future, with improved cognitive processing abilities and gross/fine motor skills development, at a very advanced level. Parents of children in this program report seeing changes in their kid's thinking, actions and behavior patterns sooner than in other area programs - often within the first 2 -3 WEEKS! Consists of regularly scheduled, 45 minute classes led by 2 - 3 adult Black Belt Instructors (all Certified). Children learn new skills at their own pace, with warm, friendly direction and skillful encouragement as needed, to propel them to newer levels of achievement. Basic skills for younger children start with left-right identification and movement combinations, forward and backward movements, sequential movement combinations and so on. Older students move on to learning faster and more complicated sequential movement, consequential thinking, improved balance and focus, and more. All students are first exposed to, and then familiarized with and encouraged to employ the concepts of respect, self control, self discipline and caring for others. Even with all that going on, you will see them having more fun than they have ever had before! Classes are held 3x per week, plus a supervised, open-mat practice session on Saturday mornings. There are no class limits. Older children can also attend unlimited family classes once they have acquired the minimum skill level needed. All at no extra charge!
