Rock Show & Recording Camp (2-Week Camp)

WITHIN CANCELLATION WINDOW: Cancellations received 14+ days prior to the start of the session will receive a full refund if requested, OR the full amount paid can be applied as credit to our regular season programs only, which include 1:1 instrument lessons, group band programs and the like (i.e. cannot be used for summer camps the following summer); this credit expires June 1st of the following year (remember, camp tuition cancellations cannot be used as credit for following year summer camps). 

PAST the CANCELLATION WINDOW DEADLINE: Cancellations less than 14 days notice prior to the start of your session will receive credit for other RP programs only - The full amount paid for camp can be credited to our regular season programs, which include 1:1 instrument lessons, group band programs, build your own band, and the like. HERE is an example of some of our regular season programming.

Camp fees are not refunded or prorated for camp days missed, including early care.

EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES: We understand that things happen!  If you have a student who has an extenuating circumstance that inhibits them from attending the camp, etc. please reach out to us directly so we can work out a plan for your student. 

SCHEDULE CONFLICT: If you need to switch your students session, you can do so pending the availability of the desired session.  If there is space available for your student to switch, it will be approved.  If there is no room in the desired camp session, the above cancellation rules will apply.
