Can my 4 yr 4 month old join? He is very good at arts and crafts and would enjoy wirh his older sister there..she is 6 yrs 6 months old.

I believe we can accommodate him, yes. After day one, if it seems to be a bit much for him, we can certainly refund the balance of his registration.
