This lesson teaches children ages 5-12 how to draw a patterned SNAKE! Students will master a variety of patterning skills as they complete the coiled body. We will apply a variety of rich colors to our main character and complete the desert scene by drawing rocks and mountains.

My kids recently completed your On-Demand Snake lesson and I have to tell you that they absolutely loved it! As a mom of 4 with kids ranging from ages 2 to 12, it's often difficult for me to find activities that interest all of them. My girls (ages 12, 9 & 4) sat together for more than 2 hours!! as they followed along, pausing the video as needed so that the littlest could keep up. It was the break they needed from the monotony of this year's virtual schooling. And as a bonus, I even got a break! It was so fun to see the uniqueness of each drawing at the end. They have already begged to do another lesson!
