Musical Theatre: Storybook 2 is designed for young performers who are ready to take the next step in musical theatre education: putting on a show! Students in Storybook 2 will be performing 101 Dalmatians Kids during the winter session and will get to experience the audition process as they audition for their role in the show. This class gives young performers their first experience with the rehearsal process as well as a full production!
Audition information: Young performers who are recommended for Storybook 2 from our Storybook 1 fall class will be guaranteed a place in the production, but all students ages 5-9 are invited to audition regardless of previous experience.
Auditions are Sunday, December 10th from 11:00am-1:00pm. Students should prepare 16-32 bars of their favorite Disney song to sing for their auditions.
Rehearsals: Saturdays 9:15-10:45am. 1/13- 4/6
Tech rehearsals: April 4th and 5th 4:00-6:00pm *required attendance to participate*
Performances: Saturday, April 6th at 12pm and TBD 4pm show (hold time for possible second show) *required attendance to participate*
