Wizbots

Our girls didn't find the camp well organized or engaging, so we asked for a refund and all we received were excuses. I find it surprising with their approach to customer service that their camps were rated so high.

My son enrolled in several online courses offered by Wizbots during last summer break. He loved all of them and eagerly looked forward to attending every session. They offer courses in a variety of topics with a focus on laying a strong foundation and kindling interest in different important areas (environment, finance, photography, coding etc) to set the kids up for success. We plan to enroll our kid in their summer camps this year too.
If you are looking for an application oriented learning experience for your kids, I strongly recommend Wizbots!

My son, currently 11 attended an online camp during the lockdown last year, and he had lot of fun while learning. The teachers were very involved and engaged. The best part was the curriculum, well thought through and engaging. Strongly recommend.

My 9 year old son had so much fun learning how to use scratch to make a cartoon. He learned all the tools and now can create other cartoons. I'd recommend for a fun and educative program!

It was Money Smart that my son attended. It’s a life skill that he was able to learn, in a fun way.

my son Jacob loved Wizbots class during his after school program. For summer 2020, he's taking a writing class, a scratch program class for creating puzzles and this week he's taking a elementary physics class. All have been great quality

Both of my kids have a long and happy stories with Wizbots Camps and after-school activities. One of them is an attentive introvert and another one is an active and constantly running and jumping guy :). However both of them agree that Wizbots is absolutely the best place to be and one of the most interesting, creative, nurturing, brain-developing and happy activity to do. I can express how grateful I am to Wizbots for the whole experience we got with them.

My 11-year old son (entering 6th grade in the Fall) took the 6th grade Algebra class in May @ Wiz Academy and loved it. He had classes 3 times a week and the instructor kept him very engaged and interested. My son told me that the classes will be very "beneficial for him in the upcoming school year". Wiz Academy is also very parent-friendly and answers questions promptly. The whole online class set up process was simple and intuitive.

Before the Algebra class, my son used to take Robotics Wizbot after school and loved the program so much. He looks forward so much to attending.

I loved it, I was able to learn more ways to code, now I might even be able to use everything I've learned to make a game on scratch. I recommend my friends do this, so they can learn more ways to code in a fun way, instead of finding it out them self's.

"So so so awesome" - said my 8 year old (now 9) son. He loved the possibility of being able to code, not just robots but video games. Great program at Wizbots!

Good camp experience at Wizbots, there are a variety of programming classes and taught with enthusiasm. Our daughter had a good introduction over summer and could mix and match classes to stay engaged through the summer.

My 8 year old son had a great time! He was able to learn and explore the various techniques of robotics and bring them to life using Java basics. It was a fun and safe environment for him to create something new and channel his creativity.

My boys have enjoyed attending this summer camp with their friends for years!

Wizbots has been a wonderful experience for my daughter. She really loves coding and building and made great friends, too.

My son really enjoyed every class of Wizbots. It's a great activity for him to get challenged and be creative, in addition to learning new skills.

My son has been doing this program at this after school. He really enjoys doing the projects and it has given a great boost to his confidence at programming. The instructors are very approachable. They usually post a video of the project at the end of most classes.

My daughter loves Wizbots after school program and looks forward to it every week. This program has encouraged her and inspired her to learn more about robotics. It gives kids a chance to learn critical thinking skills - how to build and create something with others.

My son, Dave loves Wizbots. He joined both after school program and summer camp almost every year till he grew out of the age group.

Wizbots hosted Robotics classes at my kids' school and they loved it! In fact Wizbot's CEO helped out my elder son on his Lego League project, by letting my kid and his team interview him about NASA related questions. We really appreciate it!

A great experience for kids. Instructors are great, they keep you in the loop with the projects and kids seem to really enjoy them. Its an opportunity for children to have fun while learning.

AMAZING CAMP!!! This is one of the absolute best camps our 7-year-old has ever been too. Thrown into a great hands-on program with a - I'd say perfect - balance between structure and freedom, where there's a clear path of developmental levels. Great collaboration with teamwork between the kids, needing to solve practical, mechanical issues as well as programming. Friendly tech with open-ended problems and tools, yet accessible for anyone to start making stuff that can actually do stuff. I'm very, very impressed. On top of that, engaged and knowledgeable camp 'mentors'. Sturdy, quality tools. And a great interactive online tool where videos are uploaded and shared, with 'pic of the week' for innovative solutions, great teamwork and so on. 10 STARS!

My 9 year old son really enjoyed the camp. Very well organized, and the staff was very nice. I really appreciated the daily videos posted with his projects, and the progress reports.

My son LOVES it! His Wizbots teacher is are very kind, knowledgeable and motivating. That together with a great curriculum makes it a big hit!

Amazing camp! My 7.5 year old loved it! I was worried he may be too young for the camp, but he was given all the attention needed. He loves robotics and with his instructor's attention, could fit in so well despite being young.

I love the videos that were shared - they make for wonderful memories. Plus they're evidence that the kids actually worked on things and learned so much. Keep up the good work! I'll definitely recommend to friends.

Our son (7 years old) had a lot of fun at Wizbots and was always excited to go. The combination of lego and programming in Java was a hit. He also really enjoyed the after care and didn't want to be picked up early. It was nice to see videos posted nearly every day of their creations so we could share in his work.

WizBots is so cool! My son enjoyed it a lot. It was challenging for him and he learned tons of new things. It is very stimulating and encouraging program for young minds. I was very excited to see videos with my son's finished projects in action. I would like to make a special Thank to David and his team. They are awesome teachers and leaders for kids! I am sure that after a week with this wonderful educators children will have a long happy memories and they will love engineering and coding!

Best camp ever!!! My 8 yr old son does not love camps in general. (he mostly tolerates them...) He came home everyday saying "that was the most fun camp. Can you sign me up for the rest of the summer??" He loved making the creations. There is a great balance of counselor interaction and camper creativity.
They even send home videos of your campers creation!!! I can't wait to send him next summer.

This is a great little program. Smart, clear and well managed instruction for kids in age-appropriate groups. They have a well located space that's clean and pretty and easy to get to... I'd love to bring Wizbots up to our elementary school in San Mateo - working on that now.

Meanwhile, I bring my 8 year old girl down to Belmont for Wednesdays (a half day for many year-round students). My daughter really digs it - she's learning to build with electronic components without any concern that this is "electronics" or mechanical engineering. It's just... play. And that's how you get kids hooked.

Sharon is great with kids. Smart ones, average ones and the infrequent one who needs extra attention. She's patient and motivated.

I'm a fan. This is a solid program and well worth the tuition. Also, ask Sharon if you want to bring a kid in after, maybe, first class of a series has started. She prorated for us and we really appreciated that.

Riley had a great time, and learned how to build robots and program well!
