Private Standup Paddle Board Lessons

Standup paddle board Private Lessons ages 4 - 12, 
Groups under 5 kids can sign up for private lessons! 

Morning/afternoon sessions are best 9am to 12pm, winds pick up in the afternoon, We accept lessons 7 days a week

Rates are $90 for 2 hours per child, $80 for two Kids or more. 

Program runs all year.

We will meet at the Seabridge Playground Park off of Victoria.  It is in front of the dock we will lauch from.  We will meet there and I will get everyone geared up with PFD, liability release, paddles and boards.  On land I will show the basic paddle stroke and position to stand.  We will launch at the dock.  Those kids that are comfortable standing will be able to the other kids can sit and paddle.  The Seabridge Community is a private Island and our session will be around the island.  We will go to the main channel and to the right.  There is a small lagoon, another bridge platform and that is the area where I will encourage them to stand and practice paddling, turns races etc.  Boats do not go back there, it is quiet and that is also where the windsup lessons will be.  The kids call the area Mud Beach. After spending time there playing, practicing etc we will head back the other side of the loop.  Parents are welcome to come tandem with kids 3-6 or paddle pulls kids 5-7.  A paddle pull is the Jr board attached to a parents standard and at any time they are comfortable the child will be able to un tether and paddle solo...retether if needed.  The way back to the dock we will have winds to push.  It is an ideal place to learn.
