Adventure Riding Camp - WC

Our kids had a great time attending the Adventure Riding Camp in Walnut Creek. They came back tired and feeling accomplished everyday and looking forward to going back the next day so that's a win in my book. The one downside is their trip to San Francisco. It wasn't clearly outlined from the camp that they would be taking public transportation to get into the city and with unvaccinated kids under 12, this was not an ideal situation for our family. If I had known sooner I may have figured out an alternative solution to get them into SF.

It was wonderful experience. My kids really enjoyed exploring Lamorinda area. Best part was field trip. We will definitely attend in future.

Our daughter enjoyed her experience so much! She came home a more confident and skilled rider, she was tired, and she is begging to go back! Cannot recommend this enough!

My 9 year old son had so much fun at bike camp! It was his first time and he felt welcome and safe. He gained so much self-confidence by doing this camp and hanging out with all the kids. He learned a lot about biking and how to manage himself too! Plus he was exhausted after a day of riding in the fresh air. What a great experience. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this camp.

My son had a good time. The Adventure level is hard. They biked 6 hours a day some days. Other days were shorter but up hill and kids had to carry their bike at times. Even though he wasn't exactly ready, he did well.

My boys had a great time, they did the older group and it was a challenging, a unique experience, and great confidence booster for both boys, 9 and 12. They came home happy and tired!

My 12 yr old son really had fun with this camp. The counselors were super friendly and fun. He became more confident on his bike and wants to ride more.

I signed my 10 year old up for this camp and I was nervous that he might not be an experienced enough rider. We did some long-ish bike rides before the camp to get him more comfortable on his bike and he ended up loving it! They had all kinds of adventures from water parks to museums to their big trip to SF on BART. The counselors were helpful in answering my questions - especially when I was trying to understand the logistics of getting all of those kids safely on BART with their bikes. Somehow they figure it out and the kids had a blast!
